Started in the early 1980s as a Pat-A-Cake developed by Mauri and Shirley Hjort for leveling biscuit slices. It later evolved to cater for cheesecake bases in round tins. Great for leveling the base, getting into tight corners and achieving clean edges. This product has been available at every WTW exhibition since about 1983.
Made of Celery Top Pine Base with a Sassafras Knob.
These items come uncoated, as it will be coated by the grease in the biscuit tin. Wipe with a warm wet cloth to clean.
