About Young’s Vegie Shed

At Young’s Vegie Shed, we farm our own produce and bring you locally grown Tasmanian produce from Tasmania’s premium farms and suppliers. For produce not generally grown in Tasmania we source Australian grown fruits and vegetables from the finest farmers and producers right across Australia according to seasonal growing conditions. We specialise in bringing you high quality fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy products and dry goods to help you eat local, from farm to fork.

Young’s Vegie Shed grows and sells our own local produce. Our farm workers prepare the soil, sow our seeds and nurture our crops to bring you fresh, local fruits and vegetables of the highest quality. We grow specialty crops, like potatoes, cauliflower, broccoli, swedes, iceberg lettuce, cabbages, raspberries, blueberries, brussel sprouts and pumpkins, and we work with other local farmers and suppliers to bring you an affordable and unbeatable selection of fresh produce.

We work tirelessly throughout the summer and winter months to be your one-stop food destination stocked with fruits, vegetables, meats and dairy. Our farm workers have even been known to hand-pick our cauliflower with a fresh dusting of snow. The variant climate only makes for even more flavour in your produce!
