Tasmanian Gourmet Seafoods was established in 2009 bringing together partners with a vast knowledge of the seafood industry and together they have created an internationally and locally respected company.
Tasmanian Gourmet Seafoods has its own lobster catching vessel which allows us to control quality and supply. We also source lobster from other professional fishermen.
Our Lobsters are sourced from the pristine waters of Tasmania, Australia, where the industry is carefully monitored and catches are restricted to ensure no over fishing occurs.
We supply a large local and international network of customers. We also supply some well known celebrity chefs with our lobster - including Nicks and his chain of restaurants in Sydney.
